Ikan Cencaru Sumbat

Ingredient A:

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp dried chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemongrass

Ingredients B:

  • Hardtail scad (Ikan Cencaru)
  • Holland onion

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add a little cooking oil to a pan and saute all Ingredients A until fragrant and slightly crispy, then add a little water.
  2. Add the Holland onion and stir until cooked. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while.
  3. Rub the hardtail scad with turmeric and salt.
  4. Stuff the prepared mixture into the fish.
  5. Fry the fish until fully cooked.
  6. Ready to serve! 🍽️🐟
