Bihun Goreng Seafood

Ingredient A:

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp bird’s eye chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

Ingredients B:

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

Ingredients C:

  • Rice vermicelli (bihun)
  • Frozen seafood
  • Mustard greens (sawi)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add Ingredients A into a pan with cooking oil and sauté until fragrant and the oil separates slightly.
  2. Add Ingredients B and stir for a while.
  3. Add the frozen seafood and cook until it starts to boil.
  4. Then add the rice vermicelli and mustard greens. Stir well until evenly mixed and the vegetables are wilted.
  5. Ready to serve! 🍜
