Ingredient A:

• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 2 tbsp bird’s eye chili
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp lemongrass

Ingredients B:

• Rice vermicelli (bihun)
• Chicken meat
• Celery leaves (daun sup)
• Soup spice sachet (sup bunjut)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Blanch the rice vermicelli until soft, then drain.
2. Add Ingredients A into a pot with a little cooking oil and sauté briefly until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and soup spice sachet, then pour in some water. Cook until it boils.
4. Once cooked, turn off the heat and serve together with the rice vermicelli. 🍜
