Khailan Ikan Masin

Ingredient A:

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp bird’s eye chili

Ingredients B:

  • 1 Kailan (Chinese kale)
  • 2 pieces salted Spanish mackerel
  • Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Tomato

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add Ingredients A into a pan with a little cooking oil.
  2. Turn on the heat and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the salted Spanish mackerel and mash it slightly in the pan.
  4. Continue cooking until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp lime juice.
  6. Add a little sugar to taste.
  7. Add the kailan and tomato.
  8. Stir well until cooked. Serve and enjoy.
